What type of system do I need?
System type is based on several site variables such as soil depth and setbacks. We always design the simplest and least expensive system as the site and codes will allow.
How much will this cost me?
Installation will make up the majority of your total septic costs. Estimate pricing can be provided after test hole and site review. As soon as we have an approved septic permit, an actual bid for installation can be provided by any Mason County licensed installer
How long will the design process take?
We will typically need 1-2 weeks for our field and office work preparing your permit package. After submittal to Mason County, it could take an additional 2-6 weeks, depending on time of year and site complexity.
How long are septic designs good for?
New construction septic permits are valid for 3 years from date of county inspection. Septic repair permits are valid for 1 year from date of county inspection.
